Storage Conditions: Store at room temperature and avoid direct sunlight. After opening, seal tightly and refrigerate. Consume as soon as possible. The noodle color comes from natural ingredients. Any discoloration or speckling (due to uneven mixing of flour) is a natural occurrence and does not affect product quality. Please enjoy with confidence.

Place of Origin: Taiwan

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Prepare a pot with an adequate amount of water (recommended: 10 times the volume of noodles) and bring it to a boil.
  2. Separate the wild yam noodles and place them in the boiling water. Stir gently with chopsticks to prevent overflow.\
  3. Keep the water boiling (without spilling) and cook for about 5–7 minutes until fully cooked.
  4. Add seasonings as desired and serve as soup noodles or dry noodles.
